having problem with my new unit i have follow d wiring diagram from

and it still wont work, the light on the control unit wont come on.
when i pull out the cable for the power(black) the 4WD light illuminate, double check the wiring but still now lightning from the control unit
I believe i got the new unit with only 2 buttons 1 for on/off and the outer
for 50/50, 0/100

Update

Okay something where strange happen i put the car in reverse and the control
unit light up it was in FR (0/100) and it made a sound. now every time i put it reverse it light up i have check t the wiring but as far i can now it is right.
Any ideas
