Hi Everyone,

I'm going to fit a grounding kit to my R32 this weekend. I'm a little bit nervous about cutting off the negative clamp & soldering the new one on but it should all go ok !

Has Anyone here had any troubles or issues fitting grounding kits, anything to be careful of ?

Cheers.

Is it model specific your kit?

The kit I have on mine was made for the r33 so it was relativley straight forward. Its arguable if you get any performance gains as such from it but its made a difference to my car.

I got the D1 Spec Earthing kit on mine and I think they are ok if you get the main earth points right. personally after fitting the kit it makes the car drives smoother. dont think there is any power gain at all but have defo feel that it has smooth out some flat spots I i had felt before.

Hi Guys,

Yeah the kit is specific to my motor. I know it won't make any difference in power but lots of people like yourselves say that they difinitely notice a difference be it running smoother or even better reception for the radio, it'll be just be interesting.
