Since it's on a weekend I'll probably head down

Certainly aiming to be there...work permitting.
We'll need to try to coerce the photographers into taking pics of all our cars since we appear to have missed the cut-off date for registration

i will ask my friend Ken when we get there.
Apparently he sent my info in, without my knowledge
and they will shoot our cars. I will have him talk
to them, would be a shame not to have your
cars in there, probably gonna be the baddest
one out there, esp. gaijin owned.

I'm going to try and be at the gates at about 8:30.

As for trying to avoid Tokyo....welcome to Japan...where all roads lead to Tokyo! Absolutely no way around it mate, trust me I've tried all options!
