Now then Gaz, good to hear from another northern lad - usually see me & CJ gunning up the A1 to Newcastle and back most days. Giz a flash if you see us (I'll be the big blue hearse usually in front of the smart R33!)

Hi Polarbearbait, think you've missed the point of these cars slightly. Both the models you have mentioned(RS2&4), not the RS6 floppy wagon (fast but too big and way too much heat under there to modify), are not revivals of the model, but seem to me at least to be a end of the line statement from Audi ie. finishing off in style celebrating the end of the A4 with an absolute nutter estate! Surely you've got to admire them for what they've done?

.......as for mentioning a Ford Frickin Unfocused in the same breath........like mentioning a Nissan Sunny Coupe to CJ!

Mr Roo

Just a couple of things, u know your audi stuff, but if you are going to use this site then have the decency to get the names right. POLARBEARBAIT............ I think you need to have a look at this and appologise.

As for my Nissan Sunny CoupEEEEEEEEEEEE' I do seem to remember you squeezing in it once. This must of been hard for you and your cred but it wernt that long ago I saw you in a volvo and not a very good un at that. Yes I know that the coupe had a strange smell and a few electrical problems and just a few major engine problems but I did get for an extortionate amount that You will never let me forget.

And as for always being in front you seem to forget the fire engine incident!!!!!!!!

Hi Chris,

Apologies to Polarbearit, minds eye and all that..........but as for the reference to the Coupe I think you need a General Forum lesson, one that I learned when I was a website junior.

RTW = Read first, try and Think about what you read second, then if you are capable Write........repeat it slowly.

Wasn't even the smallest hint of slagging your old car off in the above thread, but maybe by taking the above advice, you now know this - if not read it again, slowly.

Have to concede the Fire Engine incident, and he thought he was in a rush. You got a good launch there mate, but I had to back off in third twice! Still good fun though.

Any other advice in Technical/Cultural/Worldly awareness you need, just give me a shout - I am a firm believer iin helping the less well endowed, sorry less fortunate.

you could and should of said " a coupe' in the same sentance with a skyline". Then people would understand you or maybe you should take some lessons in communication, i.e. reading what is in front of you and seeing the real words, then responding in a cohearant manner that humans understand

I would continue but I have to sign these Fcking Cheque's we need!!!

CJ68 I concede. You are a good work partner and a belting mate. I'm sorry I had to bring the size of your tackle into question. Your wife confirmed your well-endowed-ness just the other night as you pulled into the drive - just as I was slipping out the back door (know what I mean) - "Shit,Chris is back with that beast of his!" Dont worry mate, I did shower afterwoods so I reckon everythings OK. Have a nice weekend, see you on Monday!

MDG, thanks for that - never seen that clip before, and to be honest I've never heard the conversion from outside - does sound nice.

CJ youre right, thats the same music in the background the other night just before you got back,

eeeeeeeeeeeeeee I did laugh.........

Had to ask.

Seem a good set of guys here, certainly know "their"eggs - good to get other opinions on our Audi stuff other than RS4.org & Audi-Sport .net - Far better than some of the supposed technical responses from Edition 38.

Only giving CJ some competitive banter, were best mates after all.

Have two.............dogs that is :)

Hi,
I'm new to this site and love Skylines. I'm from up North and have an Evo V. I have to say that i've seen this BEAST of an Audi...unless it was a Blue flash of lightning that passed me!

Anyway It's Gorgeous! and Fast!!! and I doubt.....I don't even want to say it.

P.S I think i've seen CJ68 on the A1 a couple of times and that car is also a babe!

BFN.

Anyone know Phil D. Tidmarsh? He's (I think!) the RS4 representative of the Audi Owners Club. I had a chat with him at Gaydon a few weeks ago.

Suffice to say, there's enough respect for both motors in equal amounts. I look forward to catching up and perhaps even sharing some track time with some RS4's.

Well it dont take a brain surgeon to work out who you might be!!!

Glad you didnt call yourself a lady!!!!!!

As for you on the track hun, I am right in thinking that you struggle to see over the dashboard when driving??????

Mr Roo......... If you ask ask Rebel m Bedes, I am sure she will confirm that I was actually leaving her warm little love nest prior to getting home, when you slipped out back, whic is what happens when you tend to follow my lead if you know what I mean. I mean come on mate, why do think your lass always has head aches and have you never noticed that when she phones you in the office to say she home ill, I tend to leave early.

Corned Beef.... If nothing sacred, I reckon if this goes on much more the whole fkng company will be on this site and no business will be done!!!!!!!!! that reminds me must give the address to my grandma.... She drives and A3:D :D
