There is another guy near Preston who works on Skylines, but I've never used him (yet) and I don't know if he comes within your request of "tuner".

The obvious one is middlehurts in st helens who supplied gtr's originally, there is also hyper sports and racing in wigan. There will be more im sure....

Paul at TDI north will tune any Jap car, he is a predominatly a Honda tuner but does regular work on a fairly big horsepower R33.
