The Annual Dinner and Awards will be held at Broomhill Park on the evening of Saturday 17 October 2009. The venue is an old Victorian Manor House and we have exclusive access having reserved all the rooms! It is located in Northamptonshire and has its own extensive grounds so also an ideal venue for photographing cars!
The dinner will follow the AGM: details to be found here.
Dress code for the evening in not formal, lounge suits for men and dresses for ladies. As well as being a great location with excellent facilities we have also secured all the rooms in the hotel and have agreed a fixed rate for the menu. Guests may wish to stay at the hotel or may choose to join us only for the dinner and stay elsewhere locally or, if not living too far can arrange their own transport to/from.
The Dinner is a fantastic way to meet fellow club members and to do something altogether different at a GTROC event. Rooms are to be booked directly with the hotel via their website or by phone, quoting "GTROC" when booking. The number for the hotel is 01604 845959 or the website: Broomhill Hotel If you call rather than ebook payment will only be taken after your stay.
If you are attending the dinner only please add your name to the list below and state (dinner only) adjacent. All other attendees please confirm when you have booked a room. The hotel only has one single room so somebody will need to be quick!
