We are finding it very difficult locating a venue for the proposed club shootout, due to noise levels that are now being enforced ... 95-100db

1/ so if anyone has knowledge of a usable venue please let me know.

2/ to take part at exsisting venues would you be willing to modify/fit an exhaust thats allows compliance within the regulations. The target should be approx 95db at 3/4 throttle @ 1 metre

i don't know of any tracks,but the exhaust noise on our GTR can be adjudted with the apexi exhaust valve control,and we got a bung for it

Snetterton, Oulton and Anglesey all have a 105Db noise limit I believe.

An airfield is more suitable for the type of event we want to organise.

North Weald has an enforced noise limit and very restrictive area for use. Not really suitable since the sunday market got moved.

straight line plus a circuit if poss.

The timing equipment will allow us to run 0-60, 0-100, 1/4 times, top speed plus carry on into a circuit and provide lap time, if the driver wanted to that is.

The majority of gtr's will not pass the noise level imposed @ North Weald.
