Car is an R32 GTR. The other week my electrics started playing up and this was sourced to be the wiring loom going from the fuse box to the battery, got this sorted out but while the electrics were playing up it resulted in blowing the fuse in the back of the head unit.

I took the head unit out and replaced the fuse, as expected it started working again, but somehow in the process of putting the head unit & centre console back together it stopped working again. I pulled it out to check the fuse and it was fine, checked all the wiring to see if i'd accidently unplugged anything and all seemed fine. My clock also stopped working at the same time as the head unit.

I'm a bit stumped really, any ideas on what i may have done?

Checked fuses under the steering wheel and look fine. Didn't realise there's fuses in the boot? I did have a look but couldn't find any, where are they located?

Which feed isn't working, the switched power or battery?

Clock is on a different loom I believe. Most likely that that has a poor connection. Mine comes and goes...

Perhaps looking at the wiring diagrams I posted will help?
