Depends on how you want to go on the tune up path...
The boost controller will be more accurate but if you want to go the whole hog with the power fc etc.. then you can use the functions on that(an extra module) to save buying things twice..
I am considering the Apexi AVC-R at the moment as on the dyno you can see the fluctuation of the boost as the wastegate? isn't controlling the boost as well as a controller would.
you could get a stage 1 chip like Abbey provide this will up the boost and also adjust for uk fuelling.
Also if you are going to up the boost and you have a standard car get yourself an oil cooler, as at elevated boost the oil will get quite hot, I wouldn't even consider taking a car with upped boost and no oil cooler on a track.

ecu upgrade about 500- 800 depending on who's
oil cooler.... dunno I got mine from Guy £300 ish second hand.
then there is the intercooler 350 (pace) - 1500 (trust)
hard pipes 300-800
injectors 600 odd
turbos...3 - 6 k with actuators
clutch - 300 -800
gearbox----- up to 15 K
wheels 600 +vat plus rubber (each)
head gasket ?
spark plugs 85
then you get the specialist builds like OS Geiken/ Trust /HKS big bore kits .... you don't even want to know !!
Which parts you buy would depend on the future upgrades you plan to make.
eg if you buy the pace intercooler (good for up to 1.2-1.3 bar boost) then get huge turbos and injectors the intercooler will not be able to handle the airflow... this is an oversimplified explanation as you couldn't just change the turbos and run at 1.5 bar but you get the idea...

If I can borrow a track slot, I'll be there in a flash. You've got to go out in it now it's finished - It's running like a dream and goes like a ballistic missile. Not only that, with a softer waste gate spring over the last iteration, you can bleed the power in, so it's not so all or nothing as before. Gradual power coupled with the new gear ratios will make it an ultimate track weapon!
