Unfortunately Stu , I don't think I will be joing the 600 + club for a while yet for I'm still enjoying the 500+ (just) club .
Also (main reason) the funds will not allow me to at the moment and besides no one has made me an offer I can't refuse to do the work for me .

I have to agree with ya though that I must be slightly insane like quite a few others on the board............
