has any one fitted a hks fine tune belt with hks pulleys i fitted it last wknd and it seems a bit noisey

at first i thought id over tightened the belt so i stripped it down again and re tensioned just letting the spring take up the tension and it seemed good even a bit slacker than i would normally tension a belt however when it heats up it gets very tight and whines a bit i guess its supposed to get tight(hence the name fine tune belt)to stop it flexing so the timing stays exactly as you set it... just wondering if someone has experienced this before so i can put my mind at ease

na didnt fit tensioner it seemed ok and i never had any noise issues when the old belt was on any way the noise seems to be comeing from the exhaust sprocket area
