I reckon as its been in over a year now it must have been hit when the boost pipe popped off, the oil catch tank leaks down onto that pipe which is why the boost pipe came off. The dump valve is pretty tight in that area, my guess is it must have hit the chassis.
It looks like Rob has used genuine bosses for the dump valves so i dont think its a size/fitment issue. Its had over 2bar for a while now and only popped out when the boost pipe come off.
I cant see it being a problem after the catch tank has changed.
