saying wheels clamped ,fee payable to ... !!!!

yes it was funny, i did not get wheel clamped. i was down the marine car park watching a film i parked at the bottom car park which was all disable parking ,about 5-6 cars got clamped but for some reason i got a way with it.:smokin:
