Since we are all in the mood for polls at the moment, I thought I would introduce the most fundamental question.

We've all seen how much power is on tap, whats the best colour, how old we all are etc. So, chaps and chapesses, here is the BIG question...( and don't let the other half see it!)

What did it all cost?

What we're looking for is the TOTAL cost of your motor as it stands at the moment, including the original price as new. Include any garage bills, modifications, repairs, parts, labour ( but not your own time, of course ).
As a ROUGH estimate on new prices:
GTR 32 = £28,000
GTR 33 = £40,000
GTR 34 = £55,000

So, starting from the price of a new car and figure out how much has been spent ( not necessarily by you ) getting the car to its present state.

Obviously you will have to calculate down if yours is a GTS or GTSt

Glen, I've got 28 kids, 13 marriages, and currently 5 lovers. C'mon, get in the spirit,
Admitting your age on the other poll is definately a big step, this is just a small step. Its a secret poll. Nobody knows what you voted so whats the prob. Stick one in there!

Bound to scare anybody whos thinking of buying a Sky...

Would this be one of those ego stroking threads I heard about then?;)

No offence but a lot of people on this forum run their cars on what they can afford, and don't need or want to boast about how much they've spent stoking their ego.....

Sorry if you disagree....

Just worked it out, £5500 at a push, including insurance.....

Would really be a Joke if I voted under 30,000 dont you think??

My mortgage isn't that much, but maybe thats why I aint got a GTR34.......

hmmm

JUst replied, wasnt too sure about what bracket to choose though, if we are talking about all the skylines we own I am in a totally different price range which isnt on the list so just chose my R34, frightening when you add it all up, gets you thinking though.

Hmm from picky point of view the bar charts a bit pants isnt it!

No votes for 110,000 to 130,000 yet there is a blip for it??

I voted but with a R33 GTS I bet you can guess which one :)

Course, I was forgetting DDcup with his multi-choice motahs.

Should have made a £250,000 plus category for you!

Trouble is you only get 8 categories for the poll, so its difficult to know how to pitch this. Don't forget, we're counting the original cost of the car as well..even if you bought it second/third hand.

Anybody with a nicked car dosn't count.

Sure, they're a money pit...but don't we love 'em
