When I removed my rear wiper last weekend I had to cut the nut off to remove it. This was a little bit of a pain but it ended up well......that is until I discovered tonight that the tiny, tiny, metal fragments from cutting has oxidised slightly on my paintwork!!!

After spending £750 on a full rear re-paint I am peed off to say the least!

I'm thinking using a clay bar will help to remove the small spots? Is that correct?

HELP!

:(

The same came off mine with a good wash just. If it's settled into the paint see if it'll polish and buff out. Shouldn't take a respray to get rid of it, no way!!

All sorted!!!

I just T-Cut then polished and didn't need to use a clay bar.
