This is my car

note the lack of OEM indicators

originally i moved them into the sidelight position..
however it seems, when my headlights are on, people can't see the indicators and ive had a few near misses.

so, i wonder, from looking at the front of my car, can you suggest a way of incorporating the indicators somewhere else without great expense?

On the left you'll see my oil cooler, and there is no room between it and the mesh...

any ideas, please! :(

Hey Matt how you doin, about those replacement led indicators, will they have any negative effect on the relay, im guessing no bulb=no heat=no resistance thus faster clicking relay???

Hi mate, I'm good thanks - considering I'm at work. :chuckle:

They sell THESE for that very reason.

hmmmm

I'm like the sound of those! any idea on price and a better picture?

Assuming they lie "flat" i could mount them onto the mesh and simply modifiy my existing lampholders. If you can find out some more info that would be awesome.

Matt J, failing the above being a solution, with your skills, could you knock me something up???

thanks for the help guys, this situation is really getting to me

ok,

with the help of S2GTR I have now fitted some new indicators

not had a chance to test drive it yet, nor have i had a chance to stand back and see how they really look, but for the minute safety first

ive kept indicators in the sidelight position, and added flat LED repeaters in the OEM position. they look a "bit" chav, but not too different to the OEM units

see what you think.

Thanks again David
