Hello everyone

Names Smithy. I'm new. Looks like a great forum.

I have a R32 gtst and I'm looking for a R32 GTR. It seems like a logical step now the insurance is withing level I can afford.

Any tips on where to look with a budget of £8k? Somewhere with a warranty would be nice.

I think the gtr shop may provide some sort of warranty/piece of mind

i looked at gtr shop website. its not very good. there was no mention of warranty

You are unlikely to find an 8k R32 GTR with warranty that is worth buying and any warranty is likely to only last for 3 months. Most of these cars are nearly 25 years old and cost a lot of money to run. Buy a genuine 8k car privately and just accept that it is going to cost you money to maintain.

I think the likelihood of getting a dealer car with any worthwhile warranty on such an old model unlikely tbh, spend your time getting a well looked after car!

Yeh, after looking about I think a well looked after car from a forum is probably a better bet that a garage car with warranty. Unless they are specialists I guess. As you say, they are old and need looking after a bit more now.

This car is in your budget and priced very well.

I supplied it and Ludders was the previous owner on here .

For the price I would strongly suggest you at least view this car .
