Terrible customer service, ordered parts from their website with no update emails prolong contact, never processed a refund when they said they did almost 2 months now without any part or refund.
Now Ignoring all emails.
2k they have of mine now contacting bank to resolve.
After checking thier reviews I see I'm not the first.

Shame to hear this, they had an awsome rep on the MLR back in my EVO days. Yes a chap called Anthony owns it or did own it.

Always thought they were reputable, I hate to see people get ripped off by companies, in My opinion all businesses should pay a yearly indemnity to cover this sort of thing.

Was told monday last week they messed up the refund and had now processed it.
Still sat here with no refund joke.
Hope the bank can sort this now.
