Quite confused with this one, wobble comes in about 40mph+ for about 15sec and than disappears for about 5sec and continues this routine continually.
I've had the wheels balanced, replaced one of the tie rods as it had a small amount of play, checked all the bolts and nuts on the whole steering system.
Trackrod ends ok, just had an MOT, and sailed through.
Any ideas anyone? One thought was the steering pump, if worn could it cause an erratic pulse?

Might seem odd, are the tyres round? You can balance an oval tyre but it will always wobble.

i had the same problem, turned out one of my weights had come off the alloy, after a re balance problem was sorted.
