Does anyone know if Microsoft (or anyone else) produce a program that will actually translate Japanese text from a web site

Oh and as an aside I have just bought a nice set of R34 rims and tyres for a very reasonable price

Altavista can only translate a certain amount of text.
The other day I wanted to translate a Japanese BBS page and only half the page was translated.
One other thing, the Japanese language seems to be a little more poetic compared to the English language which can result in strange sentense behavior.

Were they the ones from Japan? Advertised on ebay.com ?? When I emailed the advertiser a few questions he happened to mention that someone else from the uk was interested!
