Good Morning, just thought I'd post a quick intro about me and my car.

Me names Adam, I'm 25 and live in Staffordshire. I'm a mechanic running my own small independent garage/mot station and I've wanted a big power Japanese car since Gran Turismo 1 :D. Anyway enough of the boring stuff I've just bought an r32 gtr the spec is as follows:

Any thoughts, advice is very welcome as I am new to the RB series engine, Attesa, hicas etc.*

I've started with a bit of corrosion assessment and protection on the suspension/steering and transmission, next up is a cambelt change and a rear diff strip as I seem to have a harsh noise and vibration from the rear of the car at specific loads?

Any comments welcome, I will post pics once I pass the minimum post count.

Cheers for the replys fellas, I'm well chuffed with it just needs a few little jobs and I'll be happy as Larry.

Don't worry about the bonnet raisers they were removed before I even viewed the car - forget the turbulence lol they looked pants.

Sounds like a really nice car. I'm sure it was on pistonheads. Guy has spent quite a bit on it ;)

Cheers for the warm welcome guys can honestly say I've never felt so welcome on a forum before.

As for the ac cup holders comment I'm unsure if that's a sarcastic or serious comment lol, if it's serious I do apologise for giggling. There is a pic on the advert link though just incase you are genuinely interested.

Welcome to the forum Adam. Good choice on GTR....we all know the R32 is the best of the bunch :chuckle:

Good base spec from which to start off with but I'm sure it wont be long until the current power just feels 'dull' :)

Welcome mate! I had some of those dodgy jap cup holders on my GTST when i had it, they were removed straight away!
