After having run a GT-S for three & a bit years, I finally got me a GT-R in June and although the grunt & handling are fun, I found that the GT-S was far more responsive to putting the boot on. After induction, downs & cat back by Abbey, things have improved, but still not the damn near instant response of the GT-S, which was stock except for a GT-R cat back exhaust.
As some peeps may have picked up from my other posts, I'm running a bit of a tight budget, so suggestions of the practical rather than the T88 plus ten k should do it would be appreciated.
Current set up is Apexi induction, iridium sparks, HKS downs & Dual Drager with standard cat (for low end torque - SVS feature in JapPerf), otherwise a stock 96 R33 apart from minor cosmetics.
