2013 was a successful year at Litchfield and it was kicked started by our three-car stand in the main hall of last year’s Autosport Show.

In 2014 we will once again attend the Autosport show with some exciting new GTR product launches. This time instead of having our own stand we have been asked to support some of our suppliers and our new trade association, PAAA. We are excited to have the first public showing of our new Nissan GTR turbo kit which goes on sale later this month. Also on display will be the new GTR fuel system which places the incredibly high flowing Veyron fuel pumps inside the GTR tank. We look forward to catching up with customers and suppliers from around the world and will be happy to answer any questions on GTR servicing, upgrades and ownership. Feel free to call or text our mobile number if you would like to arrange a chat or just call by the stands.

Bilstein have one of this year’s largest stands in the main hall with some very impressive machinery on display. Throughout the four days part of the Litchfield team will be on the Bilstein stand with our BMW M3 sporting that very latest electronically control damper system (similar to our popular GTR system).

Another part of the team will helping on the Akrapovic stand, who are launching their beautiful new exhaust system for the McLaren MP12. Akrapovic also have a stunning titanium GTR system that we always keep in stock.

One of the most important ventures we started in 2013 was the creation of PAAA (Performance Automotive Aftermarket Association). It is a supply and manufacture only association designed to promote the aftermarket automotive parts industry across Europe and influencing the increasing problem of EU legislation that will affect the industry. This has taken a large amount of our time in 2013 but will prove invaluable to both consumers and to the industry at large.

We even have our European MP coming to give our members a talk during the show and lend his full support.
PAAA will have its own stand (7405) at Autosport where we will proudly launch our new Litchfield Turbo Kit and will also be available to talk to customers.

Also on display on the PAAA stand will be our Nissan GTR cut away engine which has one half standard and the other half showing our popular blue-printed Sport engine build. Our custom-made Pistons and Connecting Rods are also produced by fellow British PAAA members Capricorn and Arrow.

Next door to the PAAA stand, and another founding member, is ASNU who have always provided our fuel injector technology. We introduced the ASNU injector range to the GTR world back in 2009 and it is great to see all of the world’s GTR tuners now following suit with this British company’s impressive range of products. The latest release we have helped them develop is the new GTR fuel pump system which allows the use of the high flow Veyron pumps in the GTR which will be ideal for customers looking to run over 1,000bhp or use an E85 fuelling setup.

We will have the first prototypes running in our car next week.

2014 will be a huge year for Litchfield. After 18 months of careful planning we now have permission to expand our site significantly. This will give us the chance to provide even better service, facilities and products to customers. We can’t wait and thank you for your continued support!

will Akrapovic create a larger exhaust system for the R35? many people love the current system but it lacks for the more powerful cars, owners would probably love to switch if they offered larger tubing for the bigger builds. cant go wrong with the amazing quality and sound the current product offers. bring those two back with bigger piping akrapovic!

is that turbo kit the inconnel one? i am looking forward to it regardless.

what about your front lip? is that still in development or has it released, if so, what about that brake cooling you mentioned last year that would work better than whats currently offered on the market?

good to hear about the veyron pumps too!
