Hi Everyone I have recently sold my Mustang and am looking to buy a R32 GTR. I have seen this on pistonheads and am looking for some opinions on condition and price?

Thanks :)

I can't post a link being a new user but its the silver V-spec2 at £7400

It's been up for sale for ages too - it was on ebay classifieds (listed by the same company as it is now) back when I was first looking to buy - maybe 3 months or so now?

I imagine that they have quite a niche market. It took me 6 months to sell my mustang, and then a guy came from Italy to buy it.

That car has been advertised a number of times on ebay and various other places.

I would call one of the specialists on here and pay them to go along with you if you have not looked at many or don't know your way around an r32.

I do hope its a good one and a v spec II is very rare.
Let us know how you get on

I'll tell you what's wrong with it.

- theres no paperwork with it, no Japanese paperwork either. So the mileage could have been clocked.

- all the jacking points are damaged badly

- rust in boot floor?

There were a few other things as I enquired about this car last year when it was for sale on this forum. I would stay away from it as it seems to have changed hands afew times.

Just found this thread. I'm selling this car, have been all year. I bought it late last year, with the intention of sending the car over to my uncle in Holland. He bought an R33 GTR instead. Thought I'd clear some things up before people decide it's the devils car or it's 3 skylines chopped up and made in to one.

First of all my Dad and I buy n sell jags as a hobby business and I love skylines so I have had a few in the past, after faffing about I decided I need to sell it. I have just started racing an old Jag and it's so bloody expensive I need to sell this to fund the project. You can see the race car on our website. This is a trade sale, but it's being sold at a loss simply for the funds for the racing car.

I have had 2 viewings, that's it in the space of 4 months, I was away for a long time so I took it off of ebay and just chose to re-advertise it with PH.

It doesn't have rust on the boot floor. It does have very little paper work though, and as for clocking the car, It's on 140000km or 80 something thousand miles so it's not very high but also very unlikely to have been clocked

The jacking points are damaged, but so many 32s have this, and this is reflected in the price. It's also a genuine v-spec 2, correct wheels, tires, diff, ecu, etc etc and vin.

I'm not going to promote the car on here as I don't trade using the site, and tbh I barely trade at all.

Hope this clears it up, if you view the car then go right over it, I have a jack in the unit as well.

Cheers - Yer it generally is a real tidy car, not a mint original car like others advertised for more.

I have loads - but don't want to stick them on the site, very conscious of the trading rules and have always ensured I don't advertise on the forum. cheers
