Either battery is stuffed already, or there is a constant power draw even when car is off.
The draw could be something like an amp not powering off, or a mild short.

A competent auto-electrician, or a friend that is competent around an ammeter should be able to find the cause relatively easily in most cases.

Do you have access to a Digital Voltmeter?

First thing to check is if the battery is OK by doing a crank test by doing a start test with one of the AFM's unpluged and see how long the engine will crank before the battery starts to sound weak, check with the voltmeter what the battery voltage is like

Second thing to check is to start the car and get a reading on the battery with the engine running, It should be between 13.8v and 14.4v.....If not, the alternator may be poked.

Third, and most complex, Set the probes to ammeter test, and remove the positive batery terminal, Put one probe on the battery, and the other on the removed terminal wire, Take note of the milliamp draw on the meter, and start removing the fuses on at a time (putting each one back first before removing another) untill the reding goes down, When you find the ofending fuse/curcuit find what else runs of it and you should find the issue.

The R33 has a tiny battery (same as on a micra) very common for them to fail. Worh looking at upgrading to a larger one but you will have to change the battery clamps.
