Does anyone know if Matt Black" The Stealth Look" is available from the factory on a Black Edition as does look pretty cool. Have seen a Merc CLS and BMW M5 and a Lambo in London this week - all Matt?

its costs about £5000 to get a car fully resprayed matt and is a difficult task to do even if you have done it before. That i know no manufacturer has it on there new car list but they can get it done for you for an additional charge on request.

I'm thinking of getting a kuro black and getting a matt wrap from the likes of

Vehicle Graphics and Vehicle Wrapping - Award Winning graphics and Signs for all vehicle types

Will it look anywhere near as good as a paint job?

The cars you saw were more than likely wraps,a freind of mine does them and when done properly they look great.Also when selling you have option of leaving it on or returning to original colour.

Lambo have added matt black (and brown!) to their factory colours. Very expensive though.

Wrapping a GT-R costs about £2k.

I'm having mine done in Midnight Purple (ish) shortly.

No! And that's going to really test the skill of the wrap company: Welcome to CREATIVE FX

I couldn't delay the canard fitment until after the wrap and anyway, the bumper has to come off to fit the canards and I don't know how easy that would be to do once wrapped.

I dont think matt blk would add that much value, and i think its a bit too much, they should of left some bits on this car to break up the matt finish!
