Well,

I am running a 09 GTR, Russ Fellows full exhaust (stock dp), K&N drop in filters and COBB...
Pretty standard setup...
The problem is that my IDC was hitting 100% at 15 psi boost...
We managed to come to safe values at 14 psi...([email protected])
I see people here running 17 psi without maxing the stock injectors and with the same setup as mine...
What could be the reason of my problem?
I found out later (after dataloging) that my exhaust was leaking...on a v band clamp...but leakage was small and they told me only on a cold car...
I fixed that now...
Could that be a reason and is there any point for repeating data loging and trying with higher boost?:squintdan
Thanx

highly unlikely to be any oem injector issue, simply that his gtr is flowing some decent air with his exhaust, k&n drop-in and without going too lean AF. its extremely common for remap gtr to be right on the limit 90% IDC. Manufacturers aim for 85%.

only option is cap the power like we have done or go larger injectors

OK, this is the answer :)
So you think that the leakage of the exahust while logging couldn't have been the cause?
Although, th exhaust was probably leaking on the c clamp only while cold...

What AFR are you seeing at 100% IDC?

Could just be mapped richer than those on 17psi at 90% IDC.

E.G. You are at low 10's AFR at 15psi, and they're at 11+ AFR at 17psi.

I.E. Nothing wrong at all, just how it's been mapped. Maybe?

Ben mapped it, I believe he was staying on the safe side...
Dunno the AFR, I have to check
