So I'm having a oil pressure gauge fitted tomorrow. I was going to have it in the engine bay, then I thought about having it in the cabin.

There is already a boost gauge in the cabin and a mines one in the center console.

Do I declutter and get rid of the extra turbo gauge and get the electronic oil pressure gauge fixed or get a twin pod for the side???

Good move mate, definitely worth having it inside the cabin!

Where you put it is purely down to personal preference - if it was me I'd look to replace one of the surplus boost gauges rather than adding an extra one but I like my interior to be as simple as possible and look standard until you get closer in

Mechanical gauge usually means a capillary tube design.
It's frowned upon to have a capillary tube in the cabin, always the worry if there's a fault, you get hot oil sprayed on you.
Not legal here in Aus.
Of course no problem if it's an electronic gauge.
