hi,

excuse the lack of understanding as I am a noob on here - i have a nail in the driver side rear tyre, with the dreaded flat tyre warning. the tread on the rears is at 5mm having seen 4.5k miles since new.

its near the sidewall so i'm guessing it can't be repaired.

my options are to:
buy a new dunlop (£583 inc. fitting/vat from WLMG Mill Hill)
or then to buy two bridgestones for the rear for a little bit more.

would you say its better have 1 new rear tyre and one used (5mm left) or to have two new bridgestones on the back and two dunlops on the front which have 6-7mm left in them.

i'd appreciate your input as this is all new to me!

thanks

and if anyone has any used rear dunlops for sale, let me know please!

would there be any issues in going for 2 new bridgestones on the back and having the two dunlops on the front with 6/7mm left in them
Nope should be fine mate.....just want to keep same tyres on the same axles.
