It is with a heavy heart that I have to tap these words in, but I am having (forced) to put my beautiful R33 GT-R V-spec up for sale. The ONLY reason behind this is the impending loss of my job and somewhat uncertain future.

The car itself has a pretty well known history, As it was originally owned by Mark at Abbey Motorsport, and subsequently TonySmiff, and the general faultless condition of the car is testament to these people.

Here's a brief spec sheet:

76k miles with full service history
12 months MOT
6 months tax
Dyno'd at Abbey with 338bhp ATH - roughly 400bhp at flywheel
Mine's VX ROM ecu - running 0.95bar boost
Standard turbo's (HKS 2530's are available at an extra price)
Trust Aluminium intercooler
HKS hard pipe kit
Apexi super suction kit
oil cooler and re-located oil filter (fitted after pic was taken)
combined washer/oil catch tank (fitted after pic was taken)
Painted (gold/bronze) engine/strut brace
Kakimoto race exhaust

Standard shocks
Trust dowmax springs
Skylabs TSC
AP 362mm 6pot brakes
Excedy twin plate clutch

Trust front splitter
Genuine Nismo 400R sideskirts
Trust rear bumper extensions
Brand new 18" Volks racing CE28N's in bronze
Brand new Falken FK452 26/35/18 tyres
TopSecret replica carbon bonnet
Carbon fibre rear blade
carbom Nismo spoiler end plates
Carbon 'B' pillar trim
Clear front indicators
clear side repeaters
Genuine factory Xenon headlights
'GTR' numberplate

Nismo main dashboard instruments
Nismo centre gauges
Grex alloy gear lever
Kenwood 'Mask' headunit
Planet Audio component door speakers
All Seats are in perfect condition
Original jack/toolkit and wheel chocks

That's about as much as I can remember at the moment, but I'm sure I've left something out whilst typing away in my unhappy state.

The pics really don't do this car justice, she is absolutely spotless (barring a few of the usual front bumper stone chips)

The Kakimoto exhaust has made this one of the most gorgeous sounding Skylines I have ever heard - In my opinion, and often requires a round-trip to the nearest tunnel to experience it'd audible excellence.

Anyway, I could prattle on for hours about it, but I won't. To save this thread from 'chancers' or tyre-kickers, can I please ask that all serious enquiries are pm'd or emailed to me. I can't put a price on her, so would rather that offers are made to me.

More pics are available upon request

Cheers

Steve

How much are you after for her. I was supposed to be buying her a few months back before you did. But my brother died so had other things on my mind rather than buying a car. Still looks great!

Very sorry to see that you have decided to sell her.
The deep marine blue colour is also the best colour on the R-33 Gtr.
I wish you the best of luck vith the sale and i hope she goes to a good home.

Regards,
Terje.

Cant believe it mate, but understand your reasons....
I know Steve and this car, he's local. If you ever wanted a car with huge "road presence" this is the one. Best Skyline colour available IMO set of by those CE28's and sounds like a jet on reheat. Think stated power figures might be slightly conservative as its very equal to mine which was dyno'd a little higher.

That's a real shame Steve. I have sent a link to a friend of mine.

Steve, sorry to hear your news, let's hope that you have a change of fortune and don't have to sell it.

My favourite colour for an R33:thumbsup:
