Plans

upgrade the Brakes i have a set of K sports sitting for the front and also going to upgrade the rears to likely gtr spec anyway.

Fix the power steering leak get new pipes made up there seems to be a progressive leak at the return line

Bodywork- Gtr bumper clean up some rust areas underneath and also above the rear screen and a good machine polish.
Oh and a new set of wheels the ones that are on it look a little lost even with the spacers. Gutted it would need alot of work to get my Volks GT-C's on so might look for a set will weaker offset.

A few pics from the previous owner and will get a few once its back home in my garage next week

Always nice to see random conversions. Looks a good job.
Have you never suffered from heat soak issues from the turbo to BMC?

Looks awesome, saw this for sale a while back - very nice car indeed.

Will you be drifting it or just regular track stuff?

If it's more road and drift then you won't probably have any issues, but a track day I reckon you'll feel the heat soak. But looks good.
