I have a complete set (6) of used ones in pristine condition i bought for my car.
Item comes with the rings.

Afaik, there is no difference at all.
I have a full set there with rings. Pristine condition.
Will let them go very cheap

Difference is there is thicker ringlands and also they use thinner rings
