I'm just gonna get right down to it
Was running a poorly built 1 1/4" steam pipe log manifold made with pipe tee's and 90s... It cracked all to shit in a matter of 1000 miles (guy didn't know what he was doing/no purge etc)
He's a couple pics of the log



Like I said within 1000-1500 miles it was cracked to shit!!!!

So here's a sneak peak of my finished manifold before we go through the process

Meanwhile he's doing that I'm sorting out my new fuel system, wiring for the AEM V2, cas trigger disc, suspension, new wheels, hicas abs delete etc

Sent out manifold, downpipe and wastegate hotside to be high temp coated

He thought I was bullshitting as was going to pussy out..... Until this very moment of no return

Very nice! What size is thst comp turbos how many hp did you manage to make?
It's a 72mm (compressor inducer) SX wheel triple ball bearing

Looking to kiss 800whp on race gas
Expecting 550whp+ on 93 octane

It's put away for the winter, getting tuned in the spring

Billet 67?
This one is not billet. They released the billet wheels like 1-2 months after I bought this one :(
Yes is a billet ct43 6767 I wish I have ordered something bigger I was planing to go for 650whp but I did a mistake cause comp is advertising this turbo for 975hp whick cannot produce with pump on a skyline spool is awesome thow. I should have gone with the 7571

Run meth or e85 you'll top 650whp no problem

My tunner beleives that with the 50% methanol will not do much difference so I just using methanol now for safety with the smaller injector and being a bit rich.

If your tuner said running a 50% meth mixture injected won't help I think you should consider getting a new tuner. I never liked meth injection I always thought of it as a bandaid but than again I can't afford to run C16 on the regular at $15/gallon (usd)
I'm slowly taking in the idea of meth
I have a full aem meth kit sitting in my garage so I just might run it as a safety net
If I ever over boost it can aide in saving my motor
