Hi guys, Im proud to announce the release of our R35 GTR Intercooler kit. :)

This kit uses the stock style layout which means it works with the stock pipe work, requires no cutting or modification to the car and utilises the stock ducting.

The core is 90mm thick with 76mm (3") intake and outlet pipes.

The core is much more efficient than stock and we have some figures to compare

The core surface area is 21.15% increase over the stock.
The internal flow is 92.86% increase over stock.

The kit will easily support a stage 5 car running larger turbos and we will be making a second option with larger pipe work to the throttle bodies for 1000+hp cars.

The first kit is being used on Jamie P's SRD900R conversion which is being built at the moment so will have fitted pics very soon.

This core is UK made and very high quality.

We are taking orders for these now and the first batch will be ready in around 4 weeks so please put your name down if you would like one. :)

The price is £1350 Inc Vat + delivery

We are doing a special offer fitted price of £1450

Hope you like the pics

Thanks

Lee

Oh now that looks very nice:thumbsup:

Have you got any performance data on it in terms of expected flow rates / thermal efficiency etc?

so to confirm I would not need anything else to fit it. Where as the forge one comes with pipe work etc? This one does not need pipe work as it uses the stock pipes?

So a straight swop?

That's right this drops in like stock with adaptors to the stock pipe work.

The washer bottle fits back in and the stock ducting fits perfectly.

Intercooler installed! Still some work to do on the car before I'll get to test it, suction pipes and new 1100cc injectors to be installed as well. Nice to have something to do on the weekend :D

Just been out doing some data logging for this unit last night.

The spec of the car is:
MY10
ID1000's
Litchfield Intakes
SRD FMIC
Milltek Cast downpipes
Whifbitz 102mm exhaust
Ecutek Phase 3 Basemap from Iain Litchfield

Conditions
Evening run, ambient temperature @ 16 degrees C, dry, 99 RON Shell VPower Nitro.

Full throttle runs in 0.75, 1.00 and 1.25bar from 2500 to 7000rpm

Once driving, the FMIC did not let the intake temperatures go over 21 degrees C, we had some heatsoak whilst I was idle, waiting for my dopey mate to come out to hold the laptop.

Excellent performance and the car already feels much better top end.
