Happy New Year!!

To kick off a great 2010 I've decided to do a killer deal on RIPS genuine RB30 1000+hp rated short blocks.

As you know, we have had huge success with our RB30s, they have been tested well beyond the power levels most of you would ever need, we set world records last year in the 240z (7.86 on the 1/4 mile), NZ records first time out in our drag car (currently best of 7.41 on the 1/4 mile) and Jeffs Drag-r has shown brute power with reliability over the last 18 months or so, now being the quickest and probably the heaviest full street GTR in the world with a 9.46 on the 1/4 mile.

I'm taking orders for our forged 2wd/4wd RB30 shortblock which uses the EXACT same combination as our world record holding RB30 which was in the 240z and is now in the dragster.

We have run aprox 1400hp and at times 9500rpm+ for nearly 2 years, the engine is still going strong now and we are chasing 6s with this street spec bottom end.

RIPS RB30 forged shortblock consistes of:

Carefully selected genuine RB30 block which is stripped to a totally bare block, its acid dipped in a very specialised tank far superior to most.

It receives RIPS block mods which include but are not limited to enabling the use of a TOMEI oil pump and 2wd or 4wd applications, its bored, honed and decked and cleaned to the highest possible standards before assembly.

It receives top quality forged pistons with top quality rings, top quality billet rods (all identicle to the world record engine)

It receives custom RIPS crank modifications to the genuine RB30 crank, its gets a wide oil pump drive, grinding and balancing to perfection and ACL race bearings.

It receives all new brass frost plugs, new oil gallery plugs, oil restrictor/s to suit your application, blueprinting and assembly in probably one of the cleanest engine rooms RB engines are ever assembled in.

You also receive the correct cam belt for running a RB25 or RB26 head.

nzd9995 INCLUDING shipping by sea to your nearest sea port.

hi rips im christ from montreal in canada im really interest of that short block and i want to know how much time your offer will last? i calculate that i will cost me 7,600$ canadian im right? does it will have another cost appart what you say? i haved started to buy part for rebuild my rb26, i have now new r34 crank tomei oil pump n1 water pump and im suposed to receive my mahle piston soon... but your offer look unbeatable! thumb up! and what is the price for a modified oil sump with the adapter for 4wd and the other thing i need to fit the rb30 in my r32gtr really tank you in advance! and sorry for my english im not very god...

I can do the complete bottom ends which include a tomei oil pump, big sump, 4wd adapter, 1500hp front damper, water pump, cam belt, idler, tensioner, all fully assembled ready to take the head for nzd17500 including shipping.

They bolt in just as a RB26 does but you need to allow for the fact that the RB30 block is about 35mm taller than the 26 so you may need to extend the turbo dump pipe and possibly adjust/extend intercooler plumbing etc.

ok thanks but i have already the tomei pump and the n1 water pump at home so does you can make me a price minus these part ? and the transmission will fit bolt on like you says? last question is if you can do that (complete block minus tomei pump and n1 pump) will you tell me what to doo with my tomei oil pump to convert it to external pick-up thanks again!

Sure, no problem, I can deduct those items from the price, it would just mean you'd need to send your oil pump to me or I wouldn't be able to fully assemble the bottom end which is what I would prefere.

There's no need to make the tomei pump external pickup though unless you specificly want to for some reason??, its possible to run 4wd RB30s with internal pickup and a tomei oil pump.

Yes, your flywheel/clutch/transmission etc all bolts up just as usual.

e-mail me and we can go from there but there's no problem making up a combination that suits you.
