Saw this on GTR-Life and thought it was interesting, especially the changes to the drivetrain:
Engine & Powertrain
*New intercooler/intake piping in carbon and aluminum
*Front LSD
*Rear Carbon Plate LSD
*Engine Control Module and Transmission Control Module
*Optional: NISMO Titanium Exhaust
Suspension & Brakes
*Ohlins 4-way shocks and relaxed spring rate springs
*Adjustable roll bars
*Front brake pads
Exterior
*Carbon composite front fenders with aerodynamic extensions
*Carbon composite hood with gurney flap
*Carbon composite front lower spoiler add on lip
*Carbon composite rear wing with two point height adjustment and 12 point angle adjustment
Interior
*Recaro full carbon composite bucket seats
*SpecV rear seat finishing trim
*Carbon composite rear bulkhead chassis reinforcement
$200k is about £130k though, seems a lot of extra bits for very little cash if pricing compares.
I'd expect UK pricing to be steeper.
Considering a stock Nismo is way more than a MY14.
If I knew what a Pectel ecu was I still wouldn't be able to help!
All the details reference the Nismo GT-R are in the public domain (as much as they will give) and the N Attack version will not be announced for some time. Not trying to be evasive but I just don't know and nor do Nissan GB
John, pectel is an ecu company like motec or syvecs' supplier life racing. In fact life racing was formed from ex-pectel staff. They make great products, mostly for Motorsport, and are very high end. I"d be hugely surprised if one was fitted to the nismo.
Evidently there is a 3260 eProm you can get for the Nismo GT-R John
(That'll mean absolutely nothing to him - but if I can charge him over £100k for it it's worth a shot!) LOL
