Er, the info's right there on your own link!
"Created to contest the inaugural FIA GT1 World Championship this year, the Nismo-prepped GT-R GT1 underwent a series of development tests in 2009, including participation in several events including Silverstone, Spa and Zolder.

This year, two teams — Swiss Racing Team and Britain's Sumo Power GT — have signed to field a pair of cars each in the GT1 championship series, with tech support provided by Nismo."

Now the question is, will it make Le Mans?

Good question. All I can say is I will be at Le Mans and it's not just because the GTROC is organising a group thing ;)

Love to see the GT-R return to Le Man after so long. However, dont have to wait too long to see it turn a wheel in anger, it will be at Silverstone on the 1-3 of May. Plus you've got to fancy its chances against it's competition

This car will be at Silverstone. Check out the events section for details when we have them next week. The GTROC and GTR Register will have a stand at the GT1 championship

I'd like to have that car. Imagine showing up on the morning cars and coffee canyon run with that thing, the presence of it, the sound it makes.
