Indeed. I'm currently waiting for a call back...have been for a day or so now....don't fancy my chances......If I have to follow up myself (again) I'll name and shame.
Perhaps we should have a name and shame sticky...

I like this guy, at least he had some balls to show his anger :chuckle:






Though his action is a very uncivilised one may I add, but someone had to do it lol.

Don't even get me started on Nissan customer service, 6 weeks on my issue still not been resolved and just heard its not going to be looked at until at least week after next so 2 months since I brought the issue to their attention.

Was thinking about changing up to a 2012, think I might just go German now!

Well he couldnt have been a GTR owner as he wasnt driving a Nissan Note courtesy car.

Poor sod. How frustrated he must have felt, to start thinking that that was the only logical course of action. They should lock up the customer service guy.
