You've got me worried now - mine is being serviced this week at WW Oxford.
Madness...you do know u don't need HPC servicing to maintain the warranty?

This is why I'm so glad I don't need to go anywhere near any of these "HPC's" anymore.
I'd much rather have someone who is less experienced on a certain model of car that gives a shit than someone who does them every day and doesn't.

unbelievable:runaway:

On the bright side they've done you a favour, you'll have no regrets taking it to Litchfield's but you may come away with more than you had planned:chuckle:

Just a quick update, which I should have done a while back.
Due to me parking the car on a slope the oil warning light came on. The dealer had filled it to 3/4 mark (on level ground) and has offered to fill it to max on the dipstick next time I pass.
The dealer provided me with a printout of the flicker data from my car which showed that the oil pressure had always been good and no surge of any sort had occurred which was extremely reassuring.
The dealer was excellent and dealt with the issue very swiftly and professionally, so much so, I would return there without hesitation.
The lesson is to ensure the car is completely level as the dipstick is very far forward and is extremely sensitive to angles.
Thanks to all who offered input and advice.
