depends on what gauge you use, 2.0b on an accurate gauge is acceptable if you show 6b when cold IMO. You could change your pressure sensor switch as these are notourious for failing and showing inaccurate measurments. Ambient temp also plays a roll in what your gauge indicates and when the airs cooler the oil pressure remains higher due to the temps. My 34 shows 8b when cold in winter.
Yeh I'm pretty sure it's the oil pick up pipe gasket as I used a gasket rather than an o ring as that's what came in my gasket kit but it was for an r33gtr not the 32
