when i changed my turbo i added new braided steel lines and i was wondering how important it is to have this restrickter in the lines.
what i have noticed is my oil pressure gauge when idle is like all the way at 0 so if you can help please let me know.

What is your oil level at? FIRST THING IS TO CHECK YOUR LEVEL, dont run it on 0 oil pressure!!!!!!

If your level is fine you may need to get an aftermarket gauge as your stock one could be on it's way out. It's a good idea regardless to have a separate press. gauge.

Restrictors should not affect your oil pressure that much. The restrictor is to keep you from over oiling your turbo bearings and if they came with the turbo's it would be smart to fit them.
