Ring trip

I’ve already mentioned this to Peter in a personal email.

I think it would be best if we as a group could negotiate a discount with one of the larger track day companies such as Wheeltorques.

There are many advantages with going such a company, such as Hotel rates, professional marshaling, and professional driving instructors etc.

Nurburgring is very demanding and for the novice drivers to enjoy it safely been overseen by a professional organization would make it a more pleasant experience for everyone.

Besides we can get use of the Grand Prix circuit too.

Something to think about.

I'd like to say, "Oh well, OK then, you've twisted my arm" but......

Dan isn't defecting he just wants to get a new 34 in a different colour, poluted or what! (that's what he told me anyway)

Don't you think it's too far off at the moment really to do anything definite yet. Let's keep it in mind and get something arranged early in the new year. If Dan does defect, then I feel sure Paul would make an admirable substitute as it's on his turf. Then again there's DaveC who is also a regular there.

If they can't/won't then...

Blimey, all this swerving has made me dizzy.

Not sure about Wheeltorque though. It always makes me shudder when I see their prices.

Well done Skylining as you are track side it would make a lot of sence!!

I was thinking of Taking My van as support with tools wheels and things I also have a traile that could be used to recove any brake downs, if we pick a date that was not a holiday and inthe week the crossing can be kept to a minimon

we can make some more planes near the time!!
