Take it over with you, 1989 can be registered more easily, or perhaps even as a personal import.
Sell it when your close to leaving, R32 GTRs are rare as hens teeth in the states and fetch a pretty penny

ps. that interior is immaculate, compared to most, as is the exterior, the engine bay is a let down tho :/
