I will start this thread as I have just had a great experience today.

Only phoned them up yesterday, with the recommendation of Anders, to ask if they could supply and fit four new Dunlop's. Firstly the price was negotiated very sensibly and second, because I explained that Mr Plod had asked me to get them done and report back to a cop shop when done before next Wednesday, and they agreed to squeeze me in today.

Car was very well valeted, and their HPC Master Technician Indie, was very happy to come and have a chat and was extremely professional and had a fountain of knowledge.

To date my experience of WLMG has been excellent.

- I asked if I could bring the collection date for the new car forward a week, they sorted it.
- Indie spotted a fault with the passenger door actuator on the 1200 mile optimisation, ordered the part, fixed that at the same time as the A-pillar re-call (350Z as courtesy car).
- They haven't thrown their toys out of the pram when I said I was replacing the factory discs/pads and brake fluid.

And they've been accomodating on the pre and post-track inspections, I usually book in on a Saturday morning before and the Saturday after for the post-track inspection.

I've had bellhousing and subsequent small service. Both times they've been great. Indie is an asset to them.
