Am I right to say this just goes on top as add on, you don’t remove anything or replace ?

Correct. It’s goes over the original (there are little sticky pads under the carbon items)

so you essentially wipe down the original surface, remove the little sticky pad cover, and then press it over.

There would be no reason to replace the plastics for these types of items, and obviously some you cant anyway, (like the MFD)

i had RSW items on the previous R35, and thought i would re-order again.

You can choose the finish but i wanted it to match.
