I'm looking at getting a one piece prop shaft but am not sure which one to get? Any weight saving is always good and the dampening capabilities are a factor.

Whats people running and your views on how it performs.

It would be good if we could compare the different types to see whats worth getting as the most expensive is not always the best.

I've listed 7 heading which would make for some good feedback feel free to add any more.

1.Material it's made from.
2.Does it dampen well.
3.Weight.
4.Cost.
5.Who supplied it.
6.What power your running with your chosen prop.
7.Is your car a road, drag or race car.

Hope we can get some good feedback.

Cheers
Neil

That titainium / carbon prop look awesome but with a price tag to match. I'll give bailey morris ltd a call to see what they offer would be good to know if they've made one for a skyline before.

The whole idea behind this thread is are there any pro's using the flashy carbon and alike props as much as they are very nice would a steel one be just as good if it weighted the same or near as?, i know a couple of people using steel shafts welded to the the standard u and cv joints only weighing 7 to 8kg which are a fraction of the cost.
