Will a set of dump valves from a 33gtr fit straight to a 34gtr ?

yes mate they will, they fit in the o/s/f wheel well just under the headlamp
but be carefull, the airflow metres expect a recirc to the engine and if you by-pass them it can mess up your airflow metre settings
when i fitted them to my 33 it started spitting flame on the overrun and was poping just about every gearchange

Does it make any difference that my 34 gtr is running a D jetro Apexi power fc

yes mate it does, the d-jetro uses a map sensor not afm's
so your ok to go ahead with the mods
