Seems I dont need a rear diff after all - need another propshaft instead :bawling:

Single-piece prop? How does that work then? :)

its one piece instead of two.

Only reason they have two as far as I can tell is two couplings reduce the amount of vibration

So does that mean it doesnt use the central donut thing?

I might be tempted if I cant find another prop anywhere, but at £350 that would actually cost more than my replacement gearbox did, so not too keen at the moment, but I'll bear it in mind ;)

what's the difference between R32 and R33 REAR props......i have R33 one, but only the back half of it i'm afraid.
I guess no good.

It's the back half of mine that's broken, so yes the back half is good for me!! :)

If you read this in time before I spend a-hundred-and-silly pounds on Abbey's one, send me a pm with your contact number!

About 4" :rolleyes:

Totally different length, different bracket to hold it to the car. But at the same time impossible to tell the difference unless you have them side by side. No idea who told you they were the same propshaft, but they're clearly not!

Oh well, guess it's Abbey to the rescue after all :bawling:
