I like to put painter's tape (the blue stuff) on the wings above and around where the bumper meets the wings. This way when you reinstall the bumper cover, the metal brackets on the bumper cover are less likely to scratch the paint on the wings.
Remove brake cooling ducts (six bolts on each, IF you have them, LOL)
Remove front splitter (15 bolts)
Remove front license plate opening bolts (two at license plate) then two more outboard of the plate opening.
Remove wing liners (3 plastic push pins in wheel opening, two inboard, one at top of wing liner) then there's two bolts underneath the frame rail that go straight up through the liner) rotate the liners out of the front carefully.
Unplug the front turn signal harness from the back of the turn signal.
Removing the wing liners will allow access to the two bolts on each side of the bumper cover where it meets the wings.
Remove the plastic clips from the grill (two on the headlights and two or three where the grill mounts to the bumper reinforcement, down low on the grill) push the grill forward from the back bottom towards the front, may have to wiggle it a bit, it's a wedge holding it in.
Lastly, there's two or three three plastic clips that hold the bumper to the bumper reinforcement, under where the grill attaches.
Once you remove the three under the grill, the cover pulls straight forward.
PM me if you need some pics posted from the FSM, or someone will probably come along with a link soon.
