Hi guy's just had a used engine fitted in my gtr today, engine seem's fine but turbo's only boost to just over zero, an turbo's make a loud noise like a police siren.

something is not bolted on right. Check all your intercooler pipes and that the turbos are bolten on properly

It could be the Hasget between the Turbo and the "Twin turbo" colector pipe,

Hello mate....
how does it idle...do the revs rise and fall in a pattern???
double check that the two hoses going to the boost solenoid aren't the wrong way around!
Failing that, try a known OK solenoid as this one may be seized.

Had it checked an i've been told i need new turbo's, they've started to make a grinding noise. But they still boost to just over zero.
